Female empowerment to me is about confidence, vibrancy, liberation and
self-expression; to embrace what you love and be comfortable. Drawing
inspiration from these two periods; the Tang Dynasty and the 1940s, I infused elements such as sharper silhouettes such as pants, suits, bold colours, Chinese paintings, motifs and flowers like the peony Mu Dan.
